Xoá tài khoản & dữ liệu

GPLX 600 – Ôn thi bằng lái

Ứng dụng không có tài khoản người dùng. Bạn không cần đăng ký hay đăng nhập, nên không có tài khoản nào cần xoá. Dữ liệu học tập được lưu trên máy của bạn và bạn có thể tự xoá theo hướng dẫn dưới đây.

1. Xoá tiến độ học trong ứng dụng

Mở ứng dụng, chọn tab Cá nhân.
Trong nhóm Dữ liệu & thông tin, chọn Xóa tiến độ học.
Xác nhận. Câu đã làm, câu đã lưu và kết quả thi thử sẽ bị xoá vĩnh viễn trên máy.

2. Xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy

Gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu ứng dụng đã lưu trên máy, gồm tiến độ học và cài đặt.

3. Mã quảng cáo

iOS: Cài đặt › Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật › Theo dõi, tắt quyền theo dõi cho ứng dụng.
Android: Cài đặt › Google › Quảng cáo, chọn đặt lại hoặc xoá mã quảng cáo.

4. Giao dịch Premium

Lịch sử mua hàng do Apple hoặc Google lưu giữ theo chính sách của họ; chúng tôi không lưu thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng không làm mất quyền Premium — bạn có thể khôi phục bằng nút Khôi phục giao dịch.

5. Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu khác

Báo cáo sự cố (Crashlytics) được Google tự xoá sau tối đa 90 ngày; dữ liệu thống kê lượt dùng (Google Analytics) gắn với thiết bị được tự xoá sau tối đa 14 tháng. Nếu bạn muốn yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu khác liên quan đến bạn, hãy gửi email đến developer.smarttool@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu". Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi và xử lý theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Account & data deletion

GPLX 600 – Ôn thi bằng lái

The app has no user accounts. You never sign up or sign in, so there is no account to delete. Your study data is stored on your device and you can delete it yourself as described below.

1. Clear study progress in the app

Open the app and go to the Cá nhân (Profile) tab.
Under Dữ liệu & thông tin (Data & information), tap Xóa tiến độ học (Clear study progress).
Confirm. Answered questions, bookmarks and mock exam results are permanently deleted from your device.

2. Remove all on-device data

Uninstalling the app deletes all app data stored on your device, including progress and settings.

3. Advertising identifier

iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking, turn off tracking for the app.
Android: Settings › Google › Ads, reset or delete your advertising ID.

4. Premium purchases

Purchase history is kept by Apple or Google under their own policies; we do not store your payment details. Deleting app data does not remove Premium — restore it with Khôi phục giao dịch (Restore purchases).

5. Other deletion requests

Crash reports (Crashlytics) are automatically deleted by Google after at most 90 days; device-level usage statistics (Google Analytics) after at most 14 months. To request deletion of any other data relating to you, email developer.smarttool@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will respond and act in accordance with applicable law.
