Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng GPLX 600 – Ôn thi bằng lái (sau đây gọi là "Ứng dụng") thu thập, sử dụng và chia sẻ dữ liệu nào khi bạn sử dụng. Ứng dụng do Avoid-system ("chúng tôi") phát triển và chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu.

Tóm tắt: Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tạo tài khoản và không hỏi tên, email hay số điện thoại của bạn. Tiến độ học được lưu ngay trên máy của bạn. Một số dữ liệu kỹ thuật được các dịch vụ bên thứ ba (Google AdMob, Firebase) thu thập để hiển thị quảng cáo, sửa lỗi và thống kê lượt sử dụng ứng dụng, như mô tả dưới đây.

1. Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị của bạn

Các dữ liệu sau chỉ được lưu trên thiết bị và không gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi:

Tiến độ học: câu đã làm, câu đã lưu, câu làm sai, kết quả thi thử.
Cài đặt: hạng bằng đang ôn, giao diện sáng/tối.
Trạng thái Premium (đã mua hay chưa).

Bạn có thể xoá các dữ liệu này bất kỳ lúc nào (xem mục 6).

2. Dữ liệu do dịch vụ bên thứ ba thu thập

Không dùng mã quảng cáo (IDFA/Advertising ID).	Thống kê số người dùng và cách ứng dụng được sử dụng để cải thiện ứng dụng. Không dùng cho quảng cáo.
Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)	Mã cài đặt Firebase, phiên bản ứng dụng, ngôn ngữ và quốc gia của thiết bị.	Cập nhật cấu hình ứng dụng (ví dụ liên kết, bật/tắt tính năng) mà không cần cập nhật phiên bản.
Apple App Store / Google Play	Thông tin giao dịch khi bạn mua Premium. Việc thanh toán do Apple/Google xử lý; Ứng dụng chỉ nhận xác nhận giao dịch, không nhận thông tin thẻ hay phương thức thanh toán.	Mở khoá và khôi phục Premium.

Chính sách của các bên: Google (quảng cáo), Firebase, Apple.

3. Quảng cáo và quyền theo dõi (iOS)

Trên iOS, Ứng dụng hỏi bạn qua hộp thoại "Cho phép theo dõi" (App Tracking Transparency) trước khi truy cập mã quảng cáo IDFA. Nếu bạn từ chối, IDFA không được chia sẻ và bạn vẫn có thể thấy quảng cáo nhưng ít được cá nhân hoá hơn. Bạn có thể thay đổi lựa chọn trong Cài đặt › Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật › Theo dõi.

Khi mua Premium, Ứng dụng không hiển thị quảng cáo nữa.

4. Dữ liệu chúng tôi không thu thập

Ứng dụng không có tài khoản người dùng và không truy cập vị trí, danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micro của bạn. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

5. Thời gian lưu trữ

Dữ liệu trên thiết bị: lưu đến khi bạn xoá tiến độ học hoặc gỡ Ứng dụng.
Báo cáo sự cố Crashlytics: Google lưu tối đa 90 ngày.
Dữ liệu Google Analytics gắn với từng thiết bị: Google lưu tối đa 14 tháng; số liệu tổng hợp không gắn với cá nhân.
Dữ liệu quảng cáo và dữ liệu khác của bên thứ ba: theo chính sách lưu trữ của từng bên.

6. Quyền của bạn và cách xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá dữ liệu hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành. Cụ thể:

Xoá tiến độ học: trong Ứng dụng, vào Cá nhân › Dữ liệu & thông tin › Xóa tiến độ học.
Xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trên máy: gỡ cài đặt Ứng dụng.
Mã quảng cáo: tắt theo dõi (iOS) hoặc đặt lại/xoá Advertising ID trong cài đặt Google (Android).
Yêu cầu khác: gửi email đến developer.smarttool@gmail.com.

7. Trẻ em

Ứng dụng dành cho người chuẩn bị thi giấy phép lái xe và không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

8. Liên kết đến trang bên ngoài

Ứng dụng có liên kết đến trang của bên khác (ví dụ trang tra cứu giấy phép lái xe, camera giao thông). Các trang này có chính sách riêng tư riêng mà chúng tôi không kiểm soát.

9. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu truyền giữa Ứng dụng và các dịch vụ nêu trên được mã hoá qua HTTPS. Không có phương thức truyền tải hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, nhưng chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo vệ dữ liệu.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng tại trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the GPLX 600 – Ôn thi bằng lái app (the "App") collects, uses and shares. The App is developed by Avoid-system ("we", "us"), who is responsible for this data.

Summary: The App does not require an account and never asks for your name, email or phone number. Your study progress is stored on your device. Some technical data is collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) to show ads, fix crashes and measure app usage, as described below.

1. Data stored on your device

The following data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers:

Study progress: answered, bookmarked and incorrectly answered questions, mock exam results.
Settings: selected licence class, light/dark theme.
Premium status (purchased or not).

You can delete this data at any time (see section 6).

2. Data collected by third-party services

Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)	Firebase Installation ID, app version, device language and country.	Updating app configuration (e.g. links, feature switches) without an app update.
Apple App Store / Google Play	Transaction information when you buy Premium. Payment is processed by Apple/Google; the App only receives the purchase confirmation and never receives your card or payment details.	Unlocking and restoring Premium.

Third-party policies: Google (ads), Firebase, Apple.

3. Advertising and tracking (iOS)

On iOS, the App asks for your permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the IDFA. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared; you may still see ads, but they will be less personalised. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Premium users do not see ads.

4. Data we do not collect

The App has no user accounts and does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

On-device data: kept until you clear your study progress or uninstall the App.
Crashlytics crash reports: retained by Google for up to 90 days.
Device-level Google Analytics data: retained by Google for up to 14 months; aggregated reports are not linked to individuals.
Advertising and other third-party data: according to each provider's retention policy.

6. Your rights and how to delete data

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, as provided by applicable law:

Clear study progress: in the App, go to Cá nhân (Profile) › Dữ liệu & thông tin › Xóa tiến độ học.
Remove all on-device data: uninstall the App.
Advertising ID: turn off tracking (iOS) or reset/delete your Advertising ID in Google settings (Android).
Other requests: email developer.smarttool@gmail.com.

7. Children

The App is intended for people preparing for a driving licence test and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Links to other websites

The App links to third-party websites (e.g. the licence lookup portal, traffic cameras). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

9. Security

Data exchanged between the App and the services above is encrypted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
